Tyler Henry joined HelmsBriscoe in 2018 after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a major in Management of Information Sciences and a double minor in Accounting and Finance. In his role at HelmsBriscoe, Tyler’s focus has been developing and refining the business processes of the HelmsBriscoe Incident Response Team. This team is responsible for providing last-minute hotel accommodations for a wide variety of clients, namely power utilities and insurance companies, during natural disasters or other unexpected events.

Now a Director, Global Accounts and based out of Columbus, Ohio, Tyler manages the day-to-day operations of the HelmsBriscoe Incident Response Team and oversees the development of their lodging and reconciliation applications, as well as onboarding of new clients and HB Associates. During his time with HB, Tyler has earned the Cruise Top Producer award and has also been recognized with Master’s Club and President’s Club awards. Tyler and the Incident Response Team is an excellent resource for assisting any client with immediate lodging needs.
