Tim Lane joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Based out of Macclesfield, Cheshire, he works alongside his wife and fellow HB Associate, Karen Lane. Having worked in the business for 45 years, Tim has extensive experience as a recruiter, sales manager, and operational director. He has recruited for large and small companies in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and USA. He has always built strong client and supplier relationships and fully understands client needs.

Over the years, Tim has travelled extensively internationally and has arranged, attended, and spoken at many meetings, seminars, and training courses – both in the UK and globally. As a result, he understands what is needed in a good venue and can bring this experience to his HB clients. With a Business Management degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, Tim is passionate about education and ongoing learning. Tim is known for his patient and empathetic approach to his colleagues, peers, and clients alike.
