Tracy Ng joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025 and is based in Singapore. She started her career with Singapore Airlines as a flight stewardess for four years before embarking on her hospitality journey as Senior Sales Manager with Le Meridien Singapore, and later as Director of Sales and Marketing at Furama Hotel Singapore. A dynamic individual with a strong business acumen, she rose up the ranks from Executive Assistance Manager, Marketing to being General Manager at The Elizabeth Hotel Singapore.

Tracy has won many accolades throughout her career, including The Most Improved GOP in 2006, The Most Improved Rooms Department Profit, and The Most Improved Staff Option Survey in the same year. Her last appointment was General Manager with the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, a 940-room MICE hotel. With her sales and marketing background, coupled with her business management skills, Tracy looks forward to providing unmatched service to her clients.
