Valentine Bertaux joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. Based out of Aix-en-Provence, France, she assists clients in sourcing venues and streamlining the event planning process, with the goal of saving them both time and money. Valentine is dedicated to building long-lasting, trust-based relationships with her clients by being attentive to their needs and acting proactively on their behalf.
With more than six years of experience in the hospitality industry, Valentine has held Event Manager roles at several prestigious Parisian properties, including Hôtel de Crillon, Lutetia Mandarin Oriental, and Hôtel Costes. Her international background includes working at The Mark Hotel in New York, a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both European and global markets. She earned her master’s degree from CMH Paris, a school specializing in hospitality management. She brings her expertise to serve both corporate groups and individual clients, aiming to deliver exceptional service to local and international clientele. Her philosophy is centered on providing tailored, efficient solutions that make every client feel supported, understood, and confident in their event planning journey.
