Vanja Melnik - Meetings and Events Consultant
Vanja Melnik joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2016. After earning a BA in Tourism and Geography at the University of Serbia, Vanja moved to London. In London, she worked at the Claridge's hotel, and then at the Hyatt Regency - The Churchill, in front office positions. Her passion for sales and events led her to join The Dorchester, and later The Waldorf Hilton, as a MICE Sales Manager. Her last role was Director of Sales at the Square Nine hotel in Belgrade, Serbia. Vanja also turned her passion into a part-time business as a destination wedding photographer, spending summer months in Santorini, Greece, and the remainder of the year in Novi Sad, Serbia.
With almost 10 years of hospitality and event experience in both customer-facing and sales roles, Vanja can hear your needs before you speak. Having been on the other side of the business, she knows how to negotiate the best deal for you.
