With over 15 years of industry experience, Ximena’s career began in Riviera Maya in event sales at renowned hotel brands, including Belmond and Viceroy. In Berlin, she went on to specialize in incoming group travel for the DACH region at a DMC, then as Head of Events at Hallesches Haus, one of the city's most beloved venues. Her roots in high-end hospitality set her apart in the market, where she is known for making even the most complex events feel effortless for her clients.
